About
We’re a family farm on the Isle of Wight and have been growing garlic here for 3 generations. Garlic is the absolute focus of what we do. We grow a large variety of different types of garlic, produce over 60 different garlicky products, have our own shop and restaurant which receives over 200,000 people every year and our garlic and products are also available on our website and in independent shops all over the UK. Colin Boswell, the owner of The Garlic Farm, has travelled all over the world discovering new types of garlic to trial here on the Island and we then encourage our customers to grow these in their own gardens. Three of Colin’s five children work in the business along with other extended family.
At The Garlic Farm we love to explore all garlicky possibilities from traditional recipes to exciting new things to try such as Black Garlic Ice Cream and Black Garlic Beer. Our Smoked Garlic is a big favourite amongst our customers as are our Garlic Mayonnaises, Sauces, Condiments and Chutneys.
